AdminOLT support is completely free on system-related issues during support hours.
Support Hours
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturdays: 9am to 2pm
UTC-5 time zone
Integration Requirements
1License payment (Includes initial OLT configuration, system integration)
2Access to the router (Mikrotik via Winbox)
3Knowledge of the OLT status
4Access to your AdminOLT account
5Have an ONU for testing
6Remote access (Anydesk)
7Approx. duration 30 to 40 minutes

How to Request Support?
1Write in the online chat, specifying the problem
2Be specific in stating the problem or doubt
Note: In case the support is scheduled, please be punctual with the assigned time, we have a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes, if there is no response, we will move on to the next appointment, and you will have to reschedule the support.

Observations
- Support is charged per hour and it starts running when the agent makes a call.
- In case you require support for validating the same configuration again, you will be charged for another hour of customized support.
- You can request customized support through the online chat by attaching which of the included topics you need to perform, the chat agent will proceed to generate your invoice for payment and will help you schedule the support hour.
Prices
The price of customized support is 60USD per hour.
