I just added my OLT to the system, why can't I see the authorized ONUs that I already had?
A: If your OLT already has authorized equipment and they do not appear in the system, you need to import those devices so that the records are available and can be displayed in the authorized list.
If I work with the WispHub system, who is responsible for managing the speed?
A: If you use speed plans from the WispHub system, the ONU will take the speed assigned in the MikroTik. If the speed of the plan assigned in WispHub is greater than the plan assigned in AdminOLT, the speed limitation will be applied from the OLT.
How do I delete an ONU?
A: It is possible to delete the ONU only from the AdminOLT system, which will leave the ONU authorized in the OLT and with service. We can also delete the ONU from both AdminOLT and the OLT.

I can't authorize my ONU due to repeated SN
You must check both the list of authorized ONUs and your OLT to ensure that the equipment is not already authorized, as the system does not allow registering the same SN more than once. If the record already exists in one of the two, delete it and reauthorize it.
