Please note that the PON port of the OLT must have the Auto mode disabled.

 Ways to Edit an ONU

It is important to mention that in AdminOLT there are 2 ways to edit the ONU, one at the system level and the other at the OLT level. What information can I edit of an Authorized ONU in the OLT?

From AdminOLT we can configure:

  • OLT
  • Card
  • Port
  • Serial Number
  • ONU Model
  • Configuration Type
  • CVLAN
  • SVLAN

What information can I edit of an Authorized ONU in AdminOLT?

In AdminOLT we can edit:

  • ONU Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Comments
  • Zone
  • NAP
  • External Administrative ID
  • Latitude
  • Longitude

Steps to edit information of an Authorized ONU in the OLT

To edit the configuration of an Authorized ONU in the OLT there are 2 ways:

From Authorized ONU’s List

1 Go to ONU > Authorized ONU’s List and select the ONU you will work with.

This action will take us to the following form

From ONU Details

1 Go to ONU > Authorized ONU’s List and select the ONU you will work with.

Click on the text Edit in OLT that is in the button with the label Edit.

 Information

This action will take us to the following form

2 Edit the information of the ONU as needed

3 Verify that the changes have been applied correctly
