Authorize ONU Fiberhome
Important
Take into account that the PON port of the OLT must have the No Auth modes disabled. If you have any doubts about this issue, you can consult the following manual; Configure PON Port OLT Fiberhome
When connecting a device to the OLT, it must be authorized to establish a connection, the following steps explain how to authorize ONUs on Fiberhome OLTs from AdminOLT.
1To see the devices that have not yet been authorized, we need to go to the ONU > Unauthorize section and select an available ONU.
2Fill out the following form where we can assign a VLAN, set the upload and download speed, among other options to the ONU.
ONU Model
Make sure your ONUs are being authorized with models already added to your OLT, you can find out by logging into your OLT. For example:
For FiberHome ONUs, we recommend having the 5506-02-F model added in AdminOLT.

NOTE
We can also add additional information about the ONU, such as the address, phone number and location.
